Raleigh St. Augustine

St. Augustine has large flat stems and fairly dense turf. St. Augustine grass is a big thatch producer, more so than other types of grass. The grass requires plenty of moisture and is at its best in humid climates.

Palmetto St. Augustine

Palmetto St. Augustine demonstrates great qualities in shade, cold, frost, heat, and drought. Palmetto versatility is used across the southern United States from diverse ranges of climate and soil conditions making it ecellent for residential and commercial use.

Floratam St. Augustine

Floratam is known for its fast-growing, vigorous growth of the St. Augustine grass. Floratam is highly tolerant to Brown Patch and to chinch bugs, making it the St. Augustine variety in South Texas.


Common bermudagrass is drought resistant. Will grow on many soils, and makes a good turf if fertilized and mowed right. Bermuda is widely used for sports fields, parks, golf courses, and general utility turfs.

Tiff 419 Bermuda

Bermuda is one of the few grasses that can be established with hydro-mulch or sod. This grass will go dormant during the winter months. Works well bordering grass with flowerbeds because of its vigorous growth.

Common Bermuda

Common Bermuda is the only variety that produce seedheads in extreme conditions such as drought and requires full-sun and doesn't accept shade well. This grass is mostly being used in parks and public landscaping.

Celebration Bermuda

Celebration Bermuda is a warm season grass, its root system is deep and extensive. Celebration tolerance for cold is outstanding when compared with many other Bermuda grasses and will tolerate some shade. Celebration has a winter dormancy period.

Emerald Zoysia

Emerald zoysia is well-suited for quality lawns where regular maintenance and care is provided. Emerald zoysia is less hardy but more shade tolerant.

Cavalier Zoysia

Cavalier zoysia is a high density turf with excellent shade, drought tolerance and cold tempatures. Best used in golf coarse fairways, tee boxes, and home lawns. Salt tolerance, resistance to insects and diseases are other benefits.

Crown Zoysia

Crowne Zoyiagrass is an aggressive producing lawn grass and best suited for a warm-climates, golf course roughs, home lawns, industrial parks and highways in central mid-western states. Crowne is known for endurance to drought, cold weather and rapid recuperative ability.

Palisades Zoysia

Palisades is noted for its shade tolerance and low water use requirements and mowing as close as one half inch with good weed competitions ideally as high as two to two and a half inches for home lawns. Close mowing would allow use on golf course fairways especially where low water availability.

Royal Zoysia

Turf quality and density, good shade tolerance, salinity tolerance, resistance to Rhizoctonia blight and zoysiagrass mite. A medium immunity to tropical sod webworm and hunting billbug.
